The eternal struggle between Microsoft European
After three and a half years of legal battle (which for Europeans and Americans is a very long time) seems to have reached a conclusion, the dispute between Microsoft and the European Commission.
After the initial problems and conditions at the time of Internet Explorer, Microsoft had to respond to other allegations of abuse of dominant position in relation to the Windows Media Player and Windows Server.

eMusic: the independent pursuit
On Digital Music Blog bears the news that the online music retailer eMusic has reached almost one hundred million downloads.
emusiclogo1.jpg The figure is expected to arrive within “several weeks” and refers to a period of two years (from 1 November 2003) but it is a great blow to what has always defines itself as “the second service to digital downloads after iTunes. ”
Apple is currently unrivaled as though eMusic gives credibility to his claim where the-competition-vociante composed of several of Real Rhapsody, Napster of Roxio, and MSN has not yet issued any given practice.
